Annette Telesford
Facilitator
My background is rooted in project management specifically focussing on the creative industries. I have had the privilege of working with esteemed organisations such as LIFT (The London International Festival of Theatres, SERIOUS (London Jazz Festival and World Music Awards UK), Crying Out Loud, the London International Mime Festival and Thames Festival. These roles afforded me the opportunity of working with world-renowned artists. My last contract with Coin Street lasted 9 years. Coin Street is a social enterprise organisation where I worked both in the commercial and community departments. This new role combines my love of creativity and sense of all things community with engaging outreach initiatives and I couldn't be more thrilled to be on this amazing team.
Joining the team as the newly appointed Facilitator, I hold a Level 4 Petals (PTTLS – Preparing to Teach in Lifelong Learning) qualification within the British Qualification and Credit Framework (QCF). I am passionate about celebrating, harnessing and empowering the unique strengths of neurodiverse and non neurodiverse individuals. I firmly believe in the power of diverse minds to drive innovation, empathy and progress. I thrive on working collaboratively with participants, parents and carers, colleagues, funders and industry to create programmes, schedule activities and logistics that promote awareness and positive self-discovery. I am dedicated to continued learning and creating an inclusive atmosphere, promoting teamwork, respect and cooperation ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued.
I believe embracing differences offers a wide array of strengths and perspectives, empowering people to achieve their fullest potential. Together, we can navigate the complexities of the world, finding innovative solutions and creating meaningful connections.
