My Companion One to one time with a listening ear. A space where you can share your questions, joy and sadness. No judgement. Wednesday My Tiny Tribe A stay and play group for parents & carers with children 0-5 years old. Parents' Circle A 12 weeks programme for parents or carers of a neurodiverse child. Thursday MJT/ My Junior Tribe If you are between 6 to 10 years old, looking for your tribe, like minded people, My Junior Tribe is for you! MTT / My Tribe Teens If you are between 11 to 18 years old, looking for your tribe, like minded people who you can forge life long friendships with. Speaker Session Come and listen to an expert and ask your question in a non judgmental crowd. Walk and Talk Come and join us for a walk & informal discussion. Share the joy and sorrows about parenting a neurodiverse child while exercising! Friday Coffee Connect Come & share a cup of coffee or tea with other parents and carers of children with a neurodiversity (diagnosed or not) and have an informal chat and find your community. The 10 pages & podcast club A session to educate ourselves on neurodiversity, discuss & reflect. A time to use our critical thinking and deepen our understanding. Wisdom & Wonder Let’s learn and share together around a cup of coffee or tea with other parents and carers of children with a neurodiversity (diagnosed or not). Saturday Stories with a Twist Stories with a twist will explore fiction and non fiction including neurodiverse characters to learn the values of acceptance and understanding. Following a child-led approach, we decided to make slime in My Tribe! We share the benefits of slime for neurodiverse children, including sensory development, emotional regulation, and creative expression. Making slime also allowed older children to help the younger children, fostering a sense of togetherness.
