Louise Brown
Advocate
I’m Louise, and at the Hub I wear a few hats, from advocacy, where I support families in completing Child DLA forms, to helping with admin and HR behind the scenes. As a mum in a neurodiverse family, I understand how overwhelming some processes can feel, especially when it comes to forms and paperwork. That’s why I offer a calm and relaxed space where parents can share openly, feel heard without judgement, and get the support they truly need.
I take time to walk families through each step, whether that’s making sense of a question on a form, reviewing medical documents, or putting together a cover letter that really represents their child. My aim is always to make the process less stressful and more empowering, so families leave feeling supported and confident.
I believe in the power of community. When we come together, share experiences, and lift each other up, we are stronger and our children thrive. That spirit of togetherness is at the heart of everything we do at the Hub, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside families on their journey.
