SPARGS Art (& Craft) - March
With SPARGS Art Step into a world of creativity and inclusivity at our specially crafted Art (& craft) workshop designed for autistic girls or girls with ADHD.
Led by a skilled art tutor, accompanied by the expertise of a SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) specialist, this workshop is a safe and welcoming space where every participant can express themselves freely.
Recognising the diverse needs of the participants, a designated "Comfy Corner" is set up for those who may need a break or some quiet time. Soft cushions and sensory-friendly items create a calming space for self-regulation.
Who: Neurodiverse Teenager Autistic/ADHD girls - 11 -18 years old

NewsNavigating HMS Belfast: Conquering Sensory Overload
During half term the Imperial War Museum invited us to spend a day unleashing our inner explorers on the HMS Belfast. Our group consisted of both teenagers and families. Not only did we have a great visit, but it also provided an opportunity for teenagers to learn to regulate themselves in a sensory overload environment. For families, it was a chance to reduce isolation.
